The Internet Gambling Regulation, Consumer Protection, and  Enforcement Act (H.R.1174) would establish an Internet Gambling  Licensing Program and create consumer protection requirements for the  licensing of Internet betting or wagering. The bill is pending before  the House Financial Services Committee.[/COLOR]
