Igor G has answered your question but I thought I would add to it in hopes of clearing up any confusion from the 2 posts that followed their's.
In order to make a Withdrawal you'll need to first make a Deposit (so that you can establish a method for the Withdrawal).
Your post also answers your own question, you'll need to Deposit AND wager that money prior to being able to withdraw it. You'll be able to withdraw money won in freerolls but only after you fulfill the necessary deposit and play through requirements.

So I know that you have to deposit the minimum of 5/6 dollars first, after that you can withdraw what you have already won BEFORE, as in CC tournaments, and what you deposited you are practically obliged to bet in tournaments or whatever you want, and if you win in those tournaments or tables you can get out with what you have left
