Found a thread on reddit that TD doesn't have the full amount of numbers or something so a number is added to cheques.

Now I'm going on 10 emails begging them to help me...keep getting canned responses.  I've submitted and resubmitted the proper account documents and they won't confirm it for withdrawals.

I even added instadebit to try to withdraw there....but that is seven day hold and then I'll try to see if I can add it as a withdrawal.   This is nuts....I've been on there for years and never had an issue.  Their support is the worst I've experienced.
