The website talks allot about responsible gambling, and I don’t get how they can preach and preach about responsible gaming and not give someone access to make a withdrawal of there funds. At some points I was betting big money and it was really working out for me but I know gambling is easy come easy go and I did not want to put myself in a position where I could possibly take a big loss. In which I did take a big loss, went on tilt, and my balance little by little faded away. I was very upset with myself like any one would be, and I just wished I could of made a withdrawal when I wanted to, but with PokerStars policy there was nothing I could do about it. A few days later I’m looking at PokerStars deposit policy and I come across the withdrawal policy and see nothing about not being able to make a withdrawal for 7 days until your first check is cleared. So I email PokerStars to see a copy of there withdrawal policy, and they send me a response that the policy is that I have to wait 7 days to be able to withdrawal the portion of my balance that I deposited. Which they made my point and I explained that I was not trying to withdrawal what I deposited I was trying to withdrawal my profit, and I was not able to do so but kept being told I could not make any deposit at all for 7 days. I said multiple times I wanted to see a copy of there withdrawal policy. Then they would respond arguing with me that I could not withdrawal the portion.... basically the same shit over and over threw out multiple emails and I kept explaining to them I was not trying to withdrawal my damn deposit portion of my balance that I couldn’t make any withdrawal at all. And I kept getting the run around and having them talk to me like I’m stupid when I clearly understand what they are saying the policy is what I’m not understanding is why I was not able to make any type of withdrawal at all. Finally after like 10 emails, I have someone tell me I should have been able to make a withdrawal of my profit, and he sent me a copy of the withdrawal policy. I said thank you finally someone understands what iv been saying for the past 10 emails, but then they go on to say that they don’t see any where that I tried to make a withdrawal or that I got any errors doing so. For 5 days I made multiple attempts everyday to withdrawal, and I constantly wrote the live chat about my failed attempts, how the hell are they going to say I made no attempt to withdrawal. Every time I did a live chat they told me I can not make any withdrawal for 7 days, any time I attempted to withdrawal it told me I could not make any withdrawal for 7 days till my check cleared, how do you not have proof on these live chats and withdrawal attempts? I ask for a manager or higher up in multiple emails and they ignore that part of the email. Iv asked for a copy of the withdrawal policy and it took 8 response to actually be sent the link. I understand I lost on my own, I let my gambling habits get the best of me, but I do not understand why I was constantly given a false policy, and not able to take my money out when I wanted to. They talk allot about responsible gambling well what the hell do you call trying to cash out when your up?
