From Bet-at-home and HighStakes (they ceased to exist) they allowed me to withdraw funds without an initial deposit, and at PartiPoker and Unibet I had to deposit a minimum amount to make a payout.
I was informed by GGpoker last year by e-mail that I can expect that I will not be allowed to play soon, so I made a minimum payment, as it is a condition for withdrawal. This month I created an account at William Hill and made a minimum deposit (I think that was a condition for me to be able to play freerolls).
I deposited less than $100. I paid out approximately $2.300.
