I think the minimum to deposit is 50$ .
Fees Im not sure, you see it when you make the transaction

While GG poker has had security issues in the past they have been quick to catch and ban cheaters and scammers and return any money back to the players who lost out.
The safest most trusted site historically is pokerstars but I have been using GG over 5 years and I trust the place.
ANY walk of life where money is involved will attract scammers and cheats you can guarantee it.
