Online on Mobile or 💻 PC… Or Maybe Live?

I’ve been thinking about something lately and wanted to share it with you all. I realized that I always play online poker on my phone. 📱 It’s kind of funny, but the small screen has become my battlefield. I’ll be sitting on the couch, headphones in, scrolling through Apps, and there’s my little poker world. It feels personal, almost like a secret fight between me and the deck.

But it got me wondering… how do you guys usually play? Do you prefer the big screen of a computer, with multiple tables open, charts on the side, maybe even a coffee next to you? 💻 Or do you stick with mobile, like me, playing quick sessions wherever you are — in bed, on the bus, during a break? 😅

And of course, there’s the whole different world of live poker. 🃏 Sitting at a real table, with chips in your hands, looking opponents in the eyes. That’s a completely different experience — one I haven’t had much of yet, but I know it’s something special.

For me, mobile poker has its charm: it’s fast, simple, and always in my pocket. But sometimes I wonder if I’m missing out by not grinding seriously on PC or by not getting the true thrill of live games.

👉 So my question to you is: where do you feel most comfortable playing poker? Online on mobile, online on PC, or live at the felt? And why?

Really curious to hear your thoughts, because maybe I’ll get inspired to switch it up one day. Until then, it’s me, my phone, and a dream of hitting that big score! 🍀

The true game of poker can only be experienced on a live table. On online platforms, all you consider is poker theory. But on a live table, several factors come into play. Your gesture, body language, conversations, tells and keeping track of stack, pot and bet sizes. If you are in only for the money, online poker is fine, otherwise the tension, the thrill, the glamour and the high that you get in playing live table is unmatched. True form of poker is manifested on a live poker table.

I always play on my laptop up to 6 tables at a time but more commonly 4-5. If you want to win money in online poker, then a phone is not ideal. But of course its fine for playing a Spin n Go or something on your way to work. Assuming you are driving a car or bike of course

Yes, but phones are often picked up and you have to buy new ones

1x 32in. & 2x 24in monitors.
NO 'charts on the side'. (pretty sure it's against the rules... + it'd just be a distraction for me at this point)

I think it's a hassle

I prefer to play on my laptop so I can open more screens, but when I started I only played on my cell phone too.

I always play on my computer, and sometimes I've played on my phone, but I don't really like it. I've never played live.
