[QUOTE="Pokerpoet2, post: 7050356, member: 430261"] I feel somewhat the same, I had been playing for over 20 years, mostly On-line for Fun, but more seriously in Live games at local Pubs and Clubs, In fact I was so serious about playing I ran a Weekly Live game as TD for a Pub I visited regularly. I was obsessed about the game, regularly playing and even talking about Poker at every opportunity. Then the Lockdowns hit, and closed all the Venues I visited to get my Poker Fix! That's when I found Cardschat, I believed that if I played as well as I thought I did, there would be nothing stopping me from increasing my little $200 Bankroll, That I had already won from playing Freerolls on PokerStars, and with the help of Cardschat and the PS Freerolls, I should be able to double it. I surpassed my expectations and actually trebled it within a few months, Then I had a stint in hospital with my Heart condition and couldn't play much at all, even after getting out of hospital and with the Lockdowns lifted I just couldn't face going back to my old venues or even play on-line, It was like having a switch turned off, or a Fuse that had blown and I wasn't able to find the passion any more. It's been around 4 years now and I still haven't found what I'm looking for, (Sounds like a U2 hit) but the fact remains I just cannot be bothered with the game, I believed that somehow keeping in compliance with Cardschat and visiting the site daily might ignite the passion I once had, but without much success, Then of course PS stopped the Freerolls here and I just haven't bothered to try the ones that replaced them. I don't know how to fix this problem or whether this is my last visit to this site, but one day I will simply stop visiting Cardschat, So in case it is, let me say it was a wonderful ride while it lasted, But to all you Newbies out there, If you are serious about Poker, You won't find a better community than Cardschat, Good Luck and Adios for now.
