Yea there is no real trick to counting the pot you just have to pay attention try to count it in your head. You can practice this when you are not in a hand. When you start playing a lot and getting more experience you can convert your stack to the number of Big Blinds you have and keep track of what the bet sizes are by how many Big Blinds they are betting. So a guy might raise 3 BBs and then it gets 3 bet to 10 BBs, it’s easier to track it this way imo. Asking for help at the table is a double edge sword. If you do ask for help make sure you do it between hands and never during the hand.
