I have about $60 in freeroll money now, which is enough to play $1.20 SnG's by Ferguson's standards. The only problem is that I can't beat the $1.20 SnG :(.

His guidelines are 2% of bankroll for multi-table tournaments, but 5% for single-table ones. You're easily bankrolled for the $2 1-table SNGs.

Are you playing single or multi table ones? Regular or Turbo?

i recommend the 18 man SnG's on full tilt. theyre an absolute joke. just sit tight and be patient.

here's a little guide i made for the 18 man SnG's over at tilt. it was originally made for the $5.50 games but im sure you can learn something from them and adapt it to your limits as well.

err...after reading my own strategy guide again....i'd only recommend using that to beef up your bankroll a little bit and practice being patient. =)

its pretty horrible in terms of actual play style for not-thatgame lol.

I used to play 45 man non-turbo SnG's because they were most like the MTT's I'm used to. I've started to move toward 18 man SnG's, but the Single table T's are just too foreign to me.

I'll keep trying :).

yeah i dont like the 9 man SnG's because by the time you get down to 4-5 people usually the blinds are way too high and it is just a crapshoot. Usually with those 18 mans, the blinds get to be about the same level as the 9 mans by the time you get down to about 4-5 people (sometimes it DOES become a crapshoot, but...it will happen in any game you play sometimes *shrug*), but you have double the chips in play, so theres much more room to maneuver. Also double the prize pool. =P That's why im drawn to the 18s over the 9s.
