Do not be the first person to limp in. If you are going to enter the hand first do it with a raise.

Review hands. It's amazing how many places you can tighten up your game.

Watch content from professionals, take advantage of all the tips and don't play without analyzing the game. I have already lost money playing on emotion, which is important for observing the competitors and playing with skill and wisdom

I think a good tip for any beginner would be to create an account on CardsChat, reach platinum level and stay active so as not to lose it :)
Our community makes players better and helps them achieve better results :)

Your aim is to take your opponents chips, not to make them run away. I've seen beginners going all in with the nuts instead of betting small or checking and setting the trap.

Start with freerolls, prioritize what you see and feel, learn, and then move up to micro-stakes cash games when the opportunity arises.

Using folding equity is the easiest, unintuitive thing in tournament poker.

Start slow, study fundamentals like position and odds, play low stakes, and never risk more than you can afford to lose.

Play freerolls and improve your skills day by day. Although freerolls are more like bingo, they are also great for improving your skills in the early stages.

Always ask yourself a question before entering the game. If I were to take this card and play for the entire pot, it would eliminate many of the questions about whether to play or not.

Move up stakes step by step , be patient. Have a strict bankroll management . Level up stakes only if you are a winner overally in the previous stake level . Freerolls might help you build a bankroll but you also have to deposit and star with sngs or cash games , tournaments are very tough to win

A pro active approach would be the first step. Poker isnt 'taught' to you, unless you want to hire expensive coaching where you have a pay by the hour.

This website alone provides a ton a valuable poker knowledge from experienced players and even a 30 day starter course.

Please look around, follow the course and play some of the freerolls and let us know what you have learned.

Have a good one.

Read the comments on this website, start with freerolls, when you have a little money you can invest without affecting your economy, start your career, watch videos, blogs and Cardchat and study your hands a lot and make decisions in each session! salutes
