Supplementing my earlier answer, just lost big with aces in the freeroll, and that after taking down a decent pot heads-up after flopping a house when the other player draw to a gutshot then made a flush. In the aces hand we were all-in pre-flop. Having a really terrible run at the moment.

if this is the first time you have lost with AAs, you have not played enough .

Hear, hear! Can't play the freeroll tonight, will be out until fairly late. Might give the 23.00 bounty tournaments a miss too.

I cracked aces tonight for all the good it did me. Enter a freeroll, win a ticket, then four or five tickets later you get to play in a tournament that has a thousand plus runners and pays 24 places. No thanks.

Almost no one! Pocket Aces are the best starting hand, but bad beats happen — that’s poker. Even AA can lose sometimes.
