Do you think poker is more about math or psychology? I feel like I often make correct mathematical decisions but still lose to players who seem to 'read' me better. How do you personally balance the two aspects?

Both math and psychology are crucial in poker, but they play different roles. Math gives you the foundation—calculating odds, expected value, and probabilities helps you make decisions that are profitable in the long run. Psychology, on the other hand, lets you read opponents, control your own emotions, and exploit tendencies. The best players blend both: they make mathematically sound decisions while also adjusting to the human element at the table. Neglecting either can cost you, so mastering the balance is key
