Hello Poker fans, Welcome, I will try not to repeat the great advice you have received; like making posts to level up in frerolls and member status, VIP Program and other valuable stuff. All part of sharing and being encouraged by like-minded people along the way :D I can identify with you and the roller coaster ride that you are on and can tell you one thing - rage quitting used to be a thing for me until CardsChart - so - You are in the right Community! Every journey is different but I would like to share mine and join you on yours: Zero Bankroll Challenge (this is my thread). Set poker goals that you can achieve and track short, medium and long term.

My short-term goal was to finish the 30 Day Poker School (1 month :D)
My medium-term goal was to play freerolls until I made a $100 bankroll. (Put what you learn into practice "risk free" )
Long-term goal - Bankroll Management and tracking - ladder up in stakes based on your bankroll and type of game Cash or MTT.
Major milestone - play a live tournament on my next big vacation - within my bankroll - need major growth here :D.
If you are lucky, along the way you will have some major decisions to make; I won a Silver Pass on Poker Stars Power Path Promotion and had to decide what to do with it - Unfortunately, I am in the Caribbean and took the online ticket bundle and did what I could with it. Sadly, when I won, I was not as disciplined as I am now. Eventually, I had to close my account and withdraw 600 Euros, since PokerStars no longer supports my country. My wife was very happy! Now, I am grinding on 888Poker and you can follow my thread - up to US500.00. Trying to get to the point where I can consistently make USD$100 monthly. To put this in context I can play $1- $5 MTTs but choose to play Mystery Bounties for $1 buy-in. I feel no pressure and can focus on enjoying the game not so much on the money. I am in a place where going broke playing poker is theoretically impossible :D. That is the comfort of playing within your bankroll! I want to become a poker professional too, but I set that goal for my retirement years. So, I work and play poker for fun right now. You must take some to develop discipline, find the right poker games for you, and manage your bankroll. Discipline goes hand in hand with emotional intelligence and they both develop over time. There are lots of fun things to do on CC - play team matches, tag team, individual ladder up in tournaments leader board. Too numerous to mention. Start your thread and send me a message so I can follow your progress. Remember - have fun!!!
