Do you buy lottery tickets?

For about 15 years, I bought 2-3 lottery tickets every week. The draw for these tickets always took place on Sunday mornings. On average, each ticket cost $1. So I spent at least $2 every week. There are approximately 53 weeks in a year, so I spent at least $106 per year. 106 x 15 = 1,590. I diligently recorded all my winnings during this time and can say that I won $792. So, my question is, do you buy lottery tickets, and if so, for how long, and what are your winnings, if any?

I don't buy lottery tickets. I don't bet on anything that depends on luck. I know that in the long run I will lose.

Of course, I've been submitting multiple coupons every week for about 14 years now. I wouldn't call myself an addict, I just give my luck a chance every week. I haven't counted how much money was spent on it yet, but I have a guess about how much money was spent that way. I don't really care, I'll give it a chance and that's it. What is certain is that the amount of my winnings is negligible compared to the amounts invested. I'm guessing 10-20%, no more.

I don't buy lottery tickets because the odds are simply too high.
Tho my father-in-law once won a car in a raffle draw.
You just don't know when the stars will align & win the chance of a lifetime.

Oh yeah, I had that "passion" too.o_O And I can say you have a good return.
I'm even afraid to calculate how much I've spent over the years, and if it's returned in winnings, it's about 10%.:D

Lottery tickets ? No , I don't but . I don't believe in the honesty of the people organizing these lottery events , even if it's the state itself . I think it's a loss of money . You wait for the miracle win . A waste of money , time and hope

I buy few years ago, but since I didnt playing anymore.
Won sometimes, but more I lost, and I think tickets its not good you're just waste your money.

No, not in the last 25 years at least.

When I had a "normal" job, I was so bored that I played on everything in my free time, including the lottery.

I think everyone did at least a couple times in their lives.
Years ago, I used to buy 2 tickets a week with the same exact numbers for a while, probably 3 years. Never hit even 5 numbers. I hit 4 many times and 3 loads of times, but the winnings were insignificant. Now I don't anymore.

I used to do this in my youth but then I stopped completely for years. These days I spend a Euro but no more than that when ever I feel the need for that extra excitement (which is not often). But one in a fifteen million chance to win the jackpot is not that great.

I used to do this quite often, but lately where I live the ticket prices have increased a lot, so I've cut back.

I played cassino games, spent less than 20$ and won more than 22$ its enough I guess
Once I won a free spin, won 2$, played sattelite poker, won 11$ ticket, played 11$ tournament and won in 1st place 273$ thanks to God, Praise be the Lord Jesus.
