Yeah I got that, but, wouldn’t that result in overspending?Me personally I like to carry cash but I think in this modern times cards are more normal to use for Casino play because you can reload more quickly and it's more comfortable to use a card than cash.
That’s something which I never thought about, good one to know about.Cash is king.
I never gamble live with something that can be traced by the government or any other authority.
IRS or Skatteverket, as we call it in Sweden, has eyes on everything that goes in and out of bank accounts.
Out of curiosity, I would like to know if you carry liquid cash or card to Casinos? Out of the box, carrying just liquid cash, might help us to limit how much we wanna spent at the Casino, isn’t it?
Yeah, I once became the victim of both the points mentioned especially the second one. On top of the money I spent, bank charged me too much for the transactions 🥲Before going to the casino, I make sure I have enough cash for whatever I intend to do, and I leave the cards home.
2 reasons:
1) With the cards, it's always easier to get carried away and spend more than you can afford.
2) The fees on ATMs can be particularly high if you don't find a machine belonging to your particular bank, which is the case most of the time.
I have never used a credit card, and the cash is the amount I can afford to lose. Before going to the casino, I make sure I have enough cash for whatever I intend to do, and I leave the cards home.

Some (weird) casinos (and/or poker clubs) are actually cash free so you stay the heck away from them rightCash only
Building comps only needs a casino card, not a debit or credit card. You also may want to use the card to build comps
