I think actuall it is gg they have a excellent development in the user activity. My former lovely site pokerstars is downsizing the player pool and a lot of people going away. That is very sad. Also i bad sign, there are no cc freerolls since may be 18 month. The best site must have cc freerolls, so because of the new freerolls on gg, there is no reason anymore that gg is the best site.

I think asking for a site with both slots & poker isn't going to be your best way to go about this. I would view them separately.

Have you played online poker? Residing in Canada surely you've seen a fair bit of advertising on TV?

The main sites, listed in descending order of size & popularity are:
1.) GGPoker
2.) Pokerstars
3.) AmericasCardroom
4.) partypoker
5.) 888Poker

Those are the best ones. GG doesn't have a 'wide variety' of games as it's mostly N.L.H.E. and some PLO but they have the largest number of players playing on their site by far (biggest tournament prizepools, etc.).
Pokerstars is pretty much the only site that offers 'mixed games' tournaments, but even there these days you'll be hard pressed to find cash tables for games other than PLO & NLHE. But if a person wanted to play a bunch of mixed games (ie. Stud, Stud8, PLO, PLO8, Razz, Badugi, H.O.R.S.E., 8-Game, etc.) then Pokerstars is where you'll find them. Not very big numbers of entrants in those games although during a series you'll find some decent-sized tournaments then (ie. the SCOOP series... but it just ended this weekend)

As far as 'slots' goes (or any casino game, blackjack, etc.) I have zero clue. I haven't played any of those games online in many years as I have no interest in them.

I mainly play at 888 and GG. I like GG more because I have won more money there than at other casinos. I usually play different slots.

I play on 888, and there are no Sit & Go games there anymore. They used to have them, but not anymore.

Clearly any casino where wager requirements are nowhere near to 35× (or even worse than that) ...

I think you might want to check out GGpoker. They have a pretty large selection of slots, and of course the main focus is on poker. I also think 888 is a pretty interesting option.

These are the only online casino sites actually based in Canada and operated by Canadians that I'm aware of. They are definitely "legit" as they are run/guaranteed by the different provincial governments.

They have online poker with "real players" on their App, but I don't think they have any free/play money games other than freerolls. They have lots of free and real money casino games.
