When I catch myself in that state, I often will just fold whatever comes my way short of QQ+, or if I'm on the comp click autofold, just to give myself some time to breathe.  Run to the kitchen and grab a cold one.  In that short time you can often times get yourself back on track and focusing on this hand, rather than your AA busted by a 772 flop 3 hands ago and your rapidly descending chip count.  If that fails, run back to the fridge, grab an 18 pack, down 'em all, and I guarantee you will play better drunk than you would playing aggressively on tilt.
