As I was trying to say to OP, he shouldn’t be playing NLHE 25, instead he should be playing NLHE 2-5: but first, if he cannot stop playing in his time off, that he could play freerolls or play money (it seemed to me that the OP was addicted/tilting). 
I’m never say that “play money” will improve someone’s skills: but in this case might be a resource to pass time and to rethink some basics of poker. 
If OP had lost $ 1.400 bankroll in about two months this is a quite serious problem of addiction and should be treated with all care. 
The fact that OP was playing NLHE 25 proves nothing, because he lost his bankroll twice, recognizing that he’s not a winning player. 
The fact is that OP shouldn’t be playing any poker games for about 8 weeks or even more: he should reconsider why he’s playing in the first place, and why he’s allowing himself to lose tons of buy-ins that fast. 
The OP is free to come here and tell us if I’m wrong about it.
