I guess i’m a weird one here, i tip dealers often even tho i rarely actually go to the casinos. First of all i go to the tables when i want to have fun, so i don’t go there in order “to make money”, so tipping the dealers is a common thing to do when it comes to me and all they have to do is to show a slight hospitality. I tip even more if  even one player gets rude towards dealer and i do that because i want them to feel comfortable, i wouldn’t say that i feel sorry for them in that moment. And i use every chance to tip the trainees and dealers who feel unsecure because i want them to feel confident and casual at the tables where i play, it helps even me to feel welcomed and pleasant at the table.
My conclusion is that the reason for my behaviour here is because i respect the dealers as any other human being and because i like when everybody in my company feel comfortable and welcomed.
I hate when i see that some people relate dealers to casinos, which they don’t like obviously and i would like to ask them why the hell they go to the casinos if so in first place
Anyway, i like to tip people that provide any kind of service so dealers are no different to me
