Again what are you trying to represent/what hands would you do this for value with?

If your trying to fold out all his missed over cards why?

Would he fold an over/under pair? Would you?

He checks, you bet half pot
What calls that you beat?

He raises and you call. What bluffs does he have that you beat?
(If we assume he folded some if not all of his less valuable overcards to your turn bet)
What hands in his range do you loose to?

If it were me I would have s look at some hand ranges online and see what a good 3bet range looks like and what a good 3bet size is. 
Then answer the questions above again based on those
