I know that I did not have the nut flush here but I was pretty sure that I had the hand one.

So my question is, in a hand like this (or one you have the absolute nuts). How much do you raise on the end? Is there some kind of %
or "when to shove" rules of thumb. He called me very quickly on this hand, I believe he might of called an all in.

Tough to say

I think you gotta be happy with the call.

What are we putting the villian on here? A straight? Worse flush?

If I am counting right he bet a 1/3 of the pot on the river which smells fishy to me, a lower flush is a reasonable guess I think.

So maybe a little more but I don't think he would call an all in here.

Anyway on average I think you should be happy you extracted
what you did. Much better than a fold.:D

good win but a pot sized bet was in order here, if you knew you had him then bet the pot, if my math is right then your bet was $5 shy of the pot.
Otherwise nice pot
