You flopped an overpair, but its the worst possible overpair, and in a 3-bet pot this is not nearly as strong a hand, as it might seem. You got cold called by BTN, and unless you have some kind of information about him, usually this is going to be a very condensed range like AK, AQ, 99-QQ. And in that range you actually only beat AK and AQ, since 99 got there, and JJ-QQ had you beat the whole time. I do still think, its fine to start out with a ½ pot sized bet, but it would not be complete insane to start with a check either.

Turn
If his range is, like I outlined it above, then he can only have two combos of the flush: AQ and AK. So the flushdraw completing is not THAT important, and neither will he ever have a straight, if this is in fact his range. But if he never has a worse made hand than yours, you cant really continue to bet for value. So the play here is to check and then make a decision. You are almost kind of hoping, he check back.
