Preflop
The first thing to notice about this hand is, that we are 200+ BB deep, and that V1 made a very unconventional 6BB open raise. Usually this means one of two things:

1) He is a huge fish splashing his money around

Since you were playing a cash game, you really should have a read, which one it was. Regardless I would still 3-bet KK, especially with the field caller in between. But if its scenario 2), this could be one of those rare spots, where I might actually consider folding KK to a 4-bet from the original raiser.

Flop
The SPR is less than 3, and you are a massive favourite to have the best hand on this low ragged board, so the only thing, I would ever be concerned about here, is getting max value. Keeping your C-bet a bit under half pot seems fine.

Turn
This is just a snap call, and its not even a decision. I am literally beating him into the pot. If he took a silly line with AA or made some crazy call preflop with A3 and got there, more power to him. But this look bluffy or like a protection bet, so I am thinking, he picked up a heart draw, or he decided to just go with his 99-QQ, given that the turn card was pretty much perfect for any overpair. From neither players perspective nobody should ever have a 3 here, so its like the largest brick in the world.
