I am good with pre flop and flop. You make a good raise size pre but that is as small as I would go raising from the BB. I think I prefer a raise to 12 myself but 10 is also fine. The flop c bet makes sense and I think the sizing is ok. The turn is where it is open to debate obviously. I dont mind checking there but before you check you need to know and think to yourself why you are checking and what you are planning to do with it. Meaning are we checking here to check raise the turn or are we checking here to look weaker and then bet fairly large on the river if they check behind, etc. With this hand and this board I would never check the turn and the river. If villain bets small on the turn then I would either check raise or I would call and then lead river (I would try to base it on villain what I think would work better). If villain bets large on the turn (30BB or more) then I am probably just piling it on top of them. I cant see a route where I would go check check on both streets. The river as played sucks a little since the board paired and we could be beat now but unlikely. I think we would have heard from a set by now so I am not thinking that is the case so I would be inclined to lead out for value. I dont like checking and then when we face another small bet with villain having about 65BB behind I would have to go with my read here and think they dont have a set and therefore I am good. I would try to think to myself would JJ, 1010, 2x, or K,Q flushes call here if I jammed or raised. I dont think any of those hands is calling a jam and might not even call a min raise. At this point calling is probably the best option since few if any worse hands will call but this is exactly why you need to be leading here or raising the turn. If you had led the river for half pot you would get a call from villain would be another 15BB of value.
