To be honest they both had exactly the kind of hands, I would expect. BB is a fish with a broken stack, so he cold called your 3-bet out of position with TT and then donked out on the flop, when he flopped an overpair, because he was scared to get drawn out on and thought, he had the best hand. UTG just called (and also just called preflop), because you could have KK or AA, but when BB jammed the turn, QQ was to strong for UTG to get away from, so he went with it.

It's the jam on the turn that threw me off. Why jam with TT on a paired board on the turn? Seems like a very losing play because you get absolutely no value from any of the hands you may be beating at that point. Will any better hand consider this to be a set that improved to a full house? I think bigger overcards are still going to call the broken stack off. QQ jammed over top, so what is he going to accomplish by that? He is getting Ax to fold? Where's the value in either of these plays? It seems like it would have been a better idea to try to keep me in the hand rather than pushing me out.

This is a beginner, and he is likely only thinking about his own hand (level 1 thinking). The thought proces is something like "LOL I still have an overpair, I am all-in". As I said already, you are to good to still be playing 2NL. Move to 10NL regular full ring tables instead and make some money :)

Thanks, I do plan on giving it a go once I have some more time to play consistently.
