The ace unfortunately smacks his range pretty solidly so this is a wa/wb.

It will hit Ax diamonds, AJ and QK all hands he could play this way.  I think the sets are unlikely but certainly possible (I'd have expected a reraise by now?).  About the only hands I wouldn't be surprised to see that you can beat are QQ or KK (unlikely since you have 2 of them).  Or a busted draw (2 diamonds/89/etc)

I'm leaning towards a check/call here as checking may induce a bluff if he whiffed and may also induce a check behind if all he has is the weak ace.  The weak ace is also probably calling you if you bet it at this point as you've pretty much rep'd the overpair the whole way.

if he shoves it would be $49.50 to call into $153 pot so you need to be good  1 in 4 times.   I think you probably would be.
